A few months ago, an advertising agency sent us a stuffed squirrel as a way of introducing themselves to our marketing department. I’m guessing most companies were confused and tossed the poor creature, but our department embraced the gift. We named him Earl, created a blog for him, took Earl on business trips with us, and started collecting squirrel memorabilia.
Recently Earl was abducted and we were served with a ransom notice, which was cleverly contrived to raise money for JDRF. Unfortunately, Earl hasn’t been returned yet so in honor of him, we thought we’d feature a few of our favorite squirrel t-shirts we love.
A Squirrel Riding A Bicycle T-Shirt
This eye-catching t-shirt features a squirrel doing what comes natural…riding a bicycle. This t-shirt is offered by Dark Cycle Clothing and can be purchased on Etsy for $25.
Flying Squirrel T-Shirt
This flying squirrel t-shirt features a aviator squirrel reading to cross the Atlantic. This t-shirt is offered by Headline Shirts and can be purchased for $24.
Squirrel Riding A Unicycle T-Shirt
Not that we’re trying to start a rivalry, but this squirrel may have a leg up on his friend featured above. This squirrel can ride a unicycle on a pretty steep slope. This Cyclelogical Squirrel t-shirt is offered by REI and can be purchased for $30.
Sir Squirrel T-Shirt
I really respect Sir Critter because this is a fellow brand that leverages our printing and fulfillment company, Spreadshirt. Who wouldn’t want to take a squirrel to a black tie affair? This Sir Squirrel t-shirt can be purchased from Sir Critter starting at $17.
“Nuts!” T-Shirt by Threadless
This t-shirt entitled “Nuts!” features a squirrel holding up another squirrel. I have to admit that this shirt has unfortunately been copied by so many different knock-off brands so buy it at the source at Threadless. This t-shirt was designed by Barnaby Bocock and can be purchased on Threadless starting at $17.
Funny! We bought chase a stuffed one for his dorm room. He and some twitter friend at UK are always joking about catching one.
