A: Not yet. Right now we partner with Spreadshirt.com which handles all of our printing and fulfillment. Lighten Up Gear has partnered with Spreadshirt because of their great customer service and quality products as demonstrated by their “A” rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Q: What if I have an issue with one of my Lighten Up Gear shirts?

A: Good news! Spreadshirt.com, our printing and fulfillment partner, offers a 30 day return policy – even when there is nothing wrong with the product. Read more about Spreadshirt’s fair return policy.

Q: How do I contact Spreadshirt.com about an order or an issue with my Lighten Up Gear shirts?

Q: Can you print one of your designs on a different product like a hoodie or an American Apparel t-shirt?

A: You bet. Just contact us directly and let us know what you want. You’ll find we’re very accommodating.

We want our products to be affordable so most of our shirts have been mocked up for Gildan classic-cut standard weight t-shirts.  But here’s a list of other products we can print on.
